What is Crawl for the Claus?  Crawl for the Claus is an offshoot of Crawl for the Cure.  This is the 5th year for Crawl for the Claus.  Every year, Gahanna Bars and Restaurants get together to raise money for the less fortunate at Christmas Time.  We have donated thousands of dollars to charities, individuals and kids at Christmas time through Gahanna Residents in Need. 

This year all profits will be going to Childrens Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House. 

Here is how it works:

 Participating Bars/Restaurants have sign ups at their establishments. The sign ups are $25.00 which gets you a seat on the bus.  Each Bar/Restaurant has a Bus (Sometimes more than one!).  At the designated time, the buses leave their signup area and go on a route that will include every participating bar.  The bus will stop.  Everyone will go in and enjoy some adult beverages, maybe some food, and friends.  The stops last about 40 minutes each.  Each Bar/Restaurant will have a prize that can be bid on with $1.00 tickets.  Items such as Hotel Suites, Buckeye Games, Ipads, etc.  All money raised from the prizes goes to the Crawl and is spent on the charity picked.  

You travel to every Bar/Restaurant.  You get to see different establishments in and around Gahanna and you get to have fun and raise money for a great cause.  There are drivers that can be called to get you home if you need a ride too!!
